Maritza and Eduardo’s wedding was on Friday the 16th. We started the day in Galt CA, with Maritza to capture her getting ready details. Her parents and bridesmaids were also getting ready in the same location. Everyone was very excited for Maritza’s big day! I had a few words with her dad while she was getting ready. He told me that he had mixed emotions because Maritza was her youngest daughter and it was hard for him to know that she was getting married. He was a bit sad to see her all grown up but at the same time he was very happy for her. A mariachi band arrived at their house a few hours before the ceremony, that’s how excited they were about their wedding!

As we arrived to the church also in Galt CA, we were able to take a few photos of the groom receiving the blessing by his parents.

The ceremony started right on time as expected. The length of the ceremony was very quick but very especial and emotional, everyone was very happy that they got to experience a very especial time. When the ceremony ended everyone cheered to congratulate them on their next chapter in life!

After the ceremony everyone came along to congratulate them! We were able to make some time take a few photos with their family and guest. Then we headed over to the venue near Rancho Murieta CA. As we arrived to the venue we noticed that all of the tables for their guest and decorations were ready. We took advantage of the time to start taking detailed photos of those arrangements.

We were able to set some time to take more photos with family and guest, we found a nice shaded area so that the newlyweds and their guest could have a better experience during their photoshoot. Did I mention that it was about 100 degrees out there?

Everyone was having a great time during the session that the groomsmen ended their session with straight out of the bottle tequila shots!! That was fun!

After the photo session the newlyweds headed to their main table for dinner. This was a great time for everyone to sit back and enjoy great food! The reception was an outdoor setting, everything went very smoothly throughout out the night.

After dinner the newlyweds started the events of the night with their first dance followed by a dance with their parents and other close family members.

Most of the groomsmen and friends got together towards the end of the night to carry Eduardo to the bar to give him more tequila shots! This part of the night was very fun to photograph!

I was able to see how close everyone was with Maritza and Eduardo. It was an amazing experience to be part of the wedding!
