Elk Grove Evergreen Springs by Wedgewood Weddings
We had the opportunity to be part of Georgina and George's wedding at the Evergreen Springs by Wedgewood Weddings venue. This was our first time at this venue and let me tell you that we had a great experience! All the staff were very friendly!
We started out with George and his best man getting ready in one of the rooms provided by the venue. In a separate room not too far from him we had Gina and her family and closest friends helping her to get ready! Time was running very fast for everyone but we were all able to make it in time for the ceremony!
The ceremony took place in the beautiful courtyard of the Evergreen Springs Venue. This was a short and sweet ceremony! When it came to reading each other's vows, it turns out that George had forgotten his written vows in the changing room. When he noticed that he didn't have them in his pockets, someone from the wedding party had to run inside to find a very important piece of paper and sprint back to save the ceremony. Luckily, he was able to find them in time and get them to George to be able to read what he had written for Gina! She was very happy to hear what George had written to her!!
After the ceremony, everyone headed over to the lobby to enjoy drinks and snacks during the cocktail hour. Meanwhile, Gina & George were getting ready for their main entrance! Everyone was waiting for them to enter the reception to begin the night! We were also able to set a few minutes to take some photos of them outside of the venue before sunset.
After dinner, we had the first dance, followed by speeches by family members and a speech from the newly weds to each other!! The DJ was playing great music all night long for everyone to enjoy an amazing time with Gina and George. I hope you can enjoy the photos and see this amazing wedding!
