We had the opportunity to be part of a beautiful wedding with Monica and Jorge last weekend! We started out the day with Monica in Sacramento. While getting ready, I got to meet her and her mom, who was there to bless her for the start of the day!
From Sacramento, we drove to Yuba City to meet Jorge and his family. His dad helped him with his bowtie and suit. Jorge said he wasn't nervous at the time but all the emotions came in at once during the start of the ceremony!
The ceremony took place at the St Isidore Catholic School in Yuba City. The ceremony was very special for Monica and Jorge. They both had their closest friends and family! Everyone was very happy that they got to experience a very special time. After the ceremony, everyone came along to congratulate them! We were able to set some time to take a few photos with their family and guests. I was able to see how close everyone was to Monica and Jorge.
After the ceremony, we had planned to take some photos with the newly weds. I was a bit worried that the sun was too harsh at that time and we were not familiar with this location. As we arrived at the location, I saw a long walkway with tall trees. We immediately got excited after seeing all of those trees! It was nice to take photos here under the shade! We also had a nice water fountain to add in the background of some of their photographs.
After the photo session, we headed to the venue to begin with the next events on the agenda. The reception was in an indoor setting. Everything went very smoothly throughout the night. The dance floor opened after cutting the cake, then everyone got up to dance with the couple! It was an incredible night! I hope that you can enjoy the photos as much as we enjoyed their wedding!
