Their wedding took place in Woodland CA, just outside of Sacramento.

It was another hot summer day expected to be 105 degrees! The weather was already warm by the time we arrived at where the bride was getting ready. Last weekend we were lucky to be near the river that provided us with a nice breeze to cool off. This time we were not as lucky as last time but the heat did not stop us from being there for the bride and groom!

We started our day with Ana at her parent's house where she was getting her hair and make-up done. She didn’t have any assigned bridesmaids because she had so many family members that were there for her all day. There was no need to call them “bridesmaids” everyone was special for her!

Ana was very calm throughout the morning while she was getting ready, it makes sense to see her calm because there were a lot of family members helping her out on what needed to be done. It was awesome to see that!

After Ana finished up her final touches, Gabriel arrived to the same location to get ready. Ana had to go into a separate room while Gabriel was getting read! It’s tradition to not see each other until the ceremony.

Gabriel arrived with everything that he needed so it was a very quick session of photos!

Their ceremony was very special because their closest family and some of their best friends were present. The heat didn't stop anyone from being there for them!

Thankfully we had A/C inside the church that helped all of us to cool off for a bit!

After the ceremony, we headed out to the reception where we were able to take a few photos of the newlyweds and their court! I have to say that it was a lot of fun capturing the couple with their court and to see how close everyone was to each other! This venue was covered with tall trees that provided a lot of nice shade during the 105 degree weather!

During the reception, there was a lot of fun events going on that made the night very enjoyable! We were able to capture lots of emotions, laughs and even some amazing dance moves when the Banda arrived! It was an amazing experience to be part of their wedding!!
